Philippine Bar Exam Result Complete List

New set of lawyers has been announce by the supreme court. Top notcher was Judy Lardizabal from Sebastian College with an average score of 85.70 percent. Followed by Mylene Amerol Macumbal of the Mindanao State with a score of 85.65 percent. 1,310 bar passers from september 2008 bar examiner result released last friday, April 3, 2009.

Francis Magalona, Dead at 44

Francis Magalona
1964-2009

Master rapper, actor, and TV host Francis Magalona died at Medical City Hospital in Pasig City Friday at 12:20pm. he was diagnosed with leukemia last year. For eight months he battled cancer before passing away. the cause of his dead was heart failure.

Last August, Francis informed Popular Noontime Show "Eat Bulaga" that he was suffering from leukemia. and even asked for a donation for blood for his treatment.

The popular Magalona was the son of the celebrity couple Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran.

He was started showbiz in the 1980's and took the radio by storm when he lauches is album "Yo" and his hit rap song "Mga Kababayan" He is also have his planinum awardedsons like, "Meron Akong Ano", Ito Ang Gusto Ko", Koleidescope World", "Mga Praning", and my favorite "Girl Be Mine."


Francis Magalona Left Behind his wife Pia Arroyo, and wonderful childrens,Unna, Nicolo, Francis Jr.,Isabella, Elmo, Clara, and teen actress Maxene.

Let us pray for the soul of Francis Magalona, May he rest in peace.

List of Nurses Board Passers - Nov. 2008

Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) has release the board passers for nurses last November 2008. Phil. Daily Inquirer first release the list. Around 39,455 out of 88,649 examinees that took the November 2008 Nursing Board Exam passed, according to the PRC. The passing rate is 44.51% and Jovie Ann Alawas Decoyna of Baguio Central University topped the Nursing Board Exam with 89.00%. Of the 64,909 takers, who included first-timers, repeaters and retakers, 31,275 — or 48% — passed the exam given by the PRC’s Board of Nursing.

Filipinos To Be Evacuated In Gaza

Israeli tanks and infantry pushed into Gaza after nightfall Saturday, launching a much anticipated ground offensive in a widening war on Gaza’s Hamas rulers. Israeli airstrikes also increased just as the ground operation was getting under way, and 28 Palestinians died. One raid hit a mosque in the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahiya, killing 13 people and wounding 33.

Philippine Ambassador to Israel Petronila Garcia said Saturday it will evacuate its citizens from Gaza in the coming week in the face of the Israeli military assault.Preparations for the extraction and repatriation of the 21 Filipino families in Gaza are expected to be completed by Monday, the department said in a statement, as the Israeli assault entered its second week. so far, no Filipino had been hurt in the violence. She Also said That Jordan had given its permission for the Filipinos living in Gaza to be moved there.
